COURSE DISCLAIMER: The instruction given in the course offerings are meant to provide general laser education, and is not intended to provide hard-and-fast specific protocols for treatment. No endorsement of any product is intended or implied. Responsibility for the safe and ethical use of any dental laser, including the 810, 940 nm or 980 nm diode laser, for education, for patient care in general, and for the individual treatment concerns unique to each patient, rests with the provider who utilizes laser instruments within the scope of practice in the state in which he/she practices dentistry or dental hygiene. Training videos, educational seminars, and individual consultation with dentists who utilize laser instruments, who intend to utilize laser instruments, or who have purchased laser instruments, and with the staff of those dentists, are intended only to give general instructions and broad clinical guidelines for treatment. Variations in treatment objectives particular to each individual circumstance may dictate modification of protocols mentioned in this course to best suit the needs of the patient being treated at the time the patient is being treated. The responsibility for selection of a specific protocol rests with the individual practitioner providing direct patient care. Furthermore, it is the individual and sole responsibility of each health care provider to understand and comply with all state board regulations and any other state or national rules, regulations, or guidelines that govern or may restrict in any way the use of the laser by the clinician who provides care.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Advanced Laser Training shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Advanced Laser Training with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Advanced Laser Training with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Advanced Laser Training. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
